Renting properties directly from landlords for fixed long-term tenancies, we take full responsibility of the managing the property on the landlord’s behalf. We fully re-furbish and furnish the properties and pay all bills (including weekly cleaners and gardeners), and then provide rooms to working professionals on 6-month Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) or Service Accommodation for our guests.
